Refund Policy
Effective Date: 24 October 2025
Payments made for our tree-planting service are non-refundable once processed.
Refunds are only available in the following cases:
• Duplicate payment
• Technical transaction errors

To request correction of an error, please contact us within 24 hours at releafglobal@gmail.com.
Approved refunds (for genuine errors) are typically processed within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
